Georgia Weekend

Bob & Logan in front of Southwire

Bob’s company Southwire is based in Carrollton, GA so Logan and I were able to sneak away for the weekend to visit Daddy who was working there for the whole week. We got to see the Large Southwire complex and visit Bob’s Sales Office which use to be an old Carrollton Fire Station.  There was so much charm to the City that I can see why so many people have set their roots there not to mention working for the best company in town!!

Neither Bob or I can resist Sweet Tea from the South!!  This was at the Corner Cafe which is directly across the street from the Firehouse (Southwire Sales office)  There were so many charming restaurants on this square and just about the neatest candy/gift store I have ever been to!!

This is us outside at the Country Club where the reception was held.  Bob loved the Magnolia trees and wished they grew as well in the Midwest as they do in the South!!

Logan only came for the food and to look cute.  And boy he got a lot of attention all weekend!!

We had SO MUCH fun at the wedding!!  Of course the top pictures are Angelina and us and the bottom pictures are Adam, Southwire’s Midwest Construction Manager & his wife Susan.  We had a lot of fun with them and met them at a really neat restaurant and one of Bob’s faves called Little Hawaiian the night before.   Also we were able to stop by their beautiful home in Carrollton before the wedding.

On another post I’ll share what we did in the big City of Atlanta since we had most of the day before our plane left Sunday evening…..
